Salary and benefits:

• Monday-Friday 8:30am5:30pm.
• 25 days holiday Bank Holidays.
• Full manufacturer training including EV & Hybrid pathways.
• Performance-related bonus scheme.
• Service Technician: 35000 bonus
• Diagnostic Technician: 40000 bonus
• Master Technician: bonus

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic systems.
• Carrying out servicing maintenance and repairs to strict manufacturer standards.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately with a first-time fix mindset.
• Supporting workshop efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Working closely with service and workshop control teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuously developing skills through EV Hybrid and brand-specific training programmes.
