We are seeking to appoint a high-calibre Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead inclusion at Farlingaye High School.

This is a pivotal role within the school.

You will provide clear strategic leadership for inclusion ensuring that pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) those eligible for pupil premium and other vulnerable groups are fully supported to succeed both academically and personally. You will play a central role in ensuring that high-quality teaching effective support and robust systems combine to secure strong outcomes for all.

Farlingaye High School is a popular and successful school located in Woodbridge a pleasant market town situated on the River Deben in Suffolk and just 7 miles from Ipswich.

We are a creative school with excellent resources lovely students and great results. Our most recent Ofsted report graded us Good with Outstanding areas.

We are part of East Anglian Schools Trust (EAST) alongside Bungay High School Holbrook Academy Kesgrave High School Castle East School EAST SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training) and six primary schools: Aldeburgh Easton Leiston Saxmundham Wickham Market and Kyson whom we work closely with.
