Youll have inventory to sell. Youre joining the 401 Group 24 stores across Ontario including Kia Hyundai Honda Toyota Nissan Volkswagen Subaru Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram Mitsubishi GMC and more. If a customer doesnt find what they want at our store you can pull from across the entire group new or used. Fewer lost deals more delivered units.

Your pay plan is built to grow with you. Aggressive commission structure achievable bonuses and draws paid twice monthly. Realistic earnings in your first full year are $70K$100K. Top performers earn well beyond that.

Approvals you wont get elsewhere. 401 Auto Financing knows all credit which means we close deals other stores cant prime subprime and special situations. More approvals more deliveries more income while you build your skills.

What Youll Be Doing

• Working appointments and walk-in traffic
• Building relationships with customers and managing your own portfolio
• Following up on leads through DealerTrack and our CRM
• Walking customers through product demos test drives and the sales process
• Negotiating and closing deals completing paperwork
• Delivering vehicles and following up after the sale
• Operating in full compliance with OMVIC and MVDA regulations

What You Bring

Required:

• Active OMVIC license
• Valid G drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills and a professional friendly presence
• Comfort with smartphones CRM systems and dealership technology
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A track record helps but isnt required. What matters most is that youre coachable motivated and ready to put in the work to build something. Well handle the rest.
