Clinical Program Manager

The Devereux Florida Titusville Campus offers a professional therapeutic environment for adolescents boys facing significant emotional behavioral and developmental challenges. Our campus offers a safe home-like environment within a community-based setting.

As a Clinical Program Manager you will:

• Manage the clinical operation at the Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program in Orlando FL.
• Provide clinical oversight for clinicians working toward licensure.
• Provide clinical training for all clinical staff in documentation utilization review and EBP implementation.
• Partner with the multidisciplinary leadership team to promote teamwork and integrated care.
• Partner with Quality Compliance leaders in assessing and analyzing client outcomes in the development of performance improvement activities.
• Facilitate positive experiences in all relationships both internally and externally including but not limited to customers including funders referral sources and family/guardians.

Position Details:

Pay Range: $68500 - $78090 / annually. (compensation based on experience/education)

Education & Licensure:

• Masters degree in n Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
• Licensed in the state of Florida under Department of Health to provide clinical services required
• Qualified supervisor preferred

Experience:

• Five years related experience (preferably in a residentialsetting) required
• Must have leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Other Requirements:

• Valid Drivers license
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
