Compensation

Pay: $50000-$110000 plus commission

What Your Day Looks Like

As an Outside Sales Representative you will:

• Engage with customers and build strong lasting relationships
• Recommend agricultural equipment and solutions based on customer needs
• Stay informed on John Deere products competitive brands equipment values incentive programs and financing options
• Develop effective sales plans and outreach strategies
• Conduct field equipment demonstrations and assist with operator training
• Oversee equipment delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with management to support growth and maintain competitive positioning
• Monitor agricultural trends to stay ahead of customer needs

Are You the Right Fit

• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with computers and online tools
• Strong math skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Ability to safely operate hook up secure and transport equipment
• Ability to lift 40 lbs

Preferred:

• 3 years of account management or equipment sales experience
• Bachelors degree in business or agriculture
• Willingness to learn - we will train highly motivated candidates
