We are recruiting for a Site Navigator with a primary focus on site budgets contracts and startup activities.
This role is ideal for someone with solid contract negotiation experience within clinical trial startup who also understands the broader clinical operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation negotiation and management of site contracts budgets confidentiality agreements and related startup documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites during startup supporting feasibility site outreach and remote prestudy visits
Ensure contracts and budgets comply with SOPs ICHGCP EU CTR local regulations and sponsor requirements
Coordinate country and sitelevel regulatory documentation including Part II EU CTR submissions and Ethics Committee interactions
Track contract budget and startup progress in study systems ensuring timely execution transparency and inspection readiness
Identify and escalate contractual budgetary and startup risks; collaborate with legal clinical teams CRAs and project management to resolve issues
Requirements
University degree (life sciences preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 3 years experience in site budgets contracts and clinical trial startup within a CRO or sponsor environment
Proven experience negotiating site agreements and budgets with investigative sites
Good working knowledge of ICHGCP EU CTR and clinical trial contracting processes
Strong organisational negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Fluent in Bulgarian and English written and spoken
