Salary Range: $40/hr to $50/hr
Hours: 30 hours per week Monday-Friday (no weekend rotation)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
As a P-Physical Therapist you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments disabilities or injuries. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients medical histories symptoms and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals
- Utilize a variety of treatment techniques such as exercise manual therapy and modalities to help patients improve their mobility strength and function
- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Stay current with advancements and best practices in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Empathy and compassion for patients and their families
- Flexibility to work 30 hours per week Monday-Friday with no weekend rotation
- Cannot accept new grads at this time
