Job Summary
Were looking for a dedicated and client-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day client interactions within a structured advisor-supported this role you will assist clients by providing clear guidance coordinating schedules and helping ensure each experience is smooth organized and handled with care from start to finish.
Youll work closely with assigned advisors to manage client requests respond to questions and provide timely updates related to scheduling confirmations and overall coordination.
