Job Summary

The Supply Chain Summer Intern supports the Supply Chain and Operations teams by assisting with projects data analysis process improvement initiatives and daily operational activities across our HVAC manufacturing and distribution network. This role provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations inventory management purchasing and logistics in a fast-paced environment. $21.00 PER HOUR; 10-12 week Internship STARTING SUMMER OF 2026

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with supply chain and operations projects including planning coordination and milestone tracking
  • Collect organize validate and analyze data related to inventory order fulfillment and warehouse performance
  • Develop reports dashboards and visual summaries to support decision-making
  • Support documentation of workflows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job aids
  • Participate in warehouse observations to identify opportunities for efficiency safety and accuracy improvements
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support supply chain initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support for purchasing logistics and warehouse functions
  • Attend team meetings document action items and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate records files and project documentation
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including warehouse manufacturing and procurement
  • Present project results and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in a field such as Supply Chain Management Business Operations Management Industrial Engineering Logistics Data Analytics or related field
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical approaches
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff to make an accurate assessment of customer needs.

Attendance is required Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. or within normal business hours as established by the supervisor. Employee may be required to work overtime and occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
