The Role

Are you a senior designer who knows what makes a Meta ad stop the scroll

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead paid social creative for our premium dietary supplement brand.

Your work will go straight into Meta campaigns that drive real revenue so every static every video every iteration is judged by results.

This role is built for a designer who has spent years inside a brand or agency knows how to run with a brief and can produce polished on-brand work fast.

Responsibilities

  • Design Meta paid ad creatives primarily static (some motion and short-form video).
  • Translate marketing strategy and audience insights into visuals that perform on the feed.
  • Use AI image and video tools to move faster and explore more concepts per brief.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to test iterate and scale the winners.
  • Maintain brand consistency across every asset while pushing the visual bar.
  • Present your work clearly take feedback well and ship without hand-holding.

This Is for You If...

  • Senior Brand Designer: You have 5 years of brand or agency experience designing for B2C. You know what good looks like and how to deliver it under pressure.
  • Paid Ads Specialist: You have designed Meta ads before. You understand the format the hooks the structure and what converts on a static feed unit.
  • Polished Communicator: You write clearly present cleanly and your decks look as good as your designs. Clients and teammates trust your delivery.
  • AI-Native: You actively use AI image and video tools as part of your workflow. They help you go faster not replace your taste.
  • Detail-Oriented and Reliable: Pixels are aligned fonts are right deadlines hold. You own your work end to end.

Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

  • 5 years of brand or agency experience designing for B2C.
  • Examples of design for Meta paid ad creatives.
  • Working knowledge of AI image generation tools and how to integrate them into a real production workflow.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Figma proficiency.
  • Polished communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Motion design or short-form video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects).
  • DTC supplement or health and wellness brand experience.

  • Compensation: USD $3000/month.
  • Schedule: Full-time contractor 40 hours/week EST business hours.
  • Setup: 100% remote.
