Bakers

Position: Baker

Salary: $2200 per month

Work Schedule: 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 6pm (with possibility of overtime)

Seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join. As a Baker you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods and managing the inventory of bakery kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads pastries and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards

- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with precision and creativity

- Ensure that all bakery kitchen stock is properly managed and maintained

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and products

- Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet production demands

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role

- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods

- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and tools

- Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately

- Strong time-management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair for cake decoration

- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings if needed
