The Role Youll lead the nursing function and ensure high clinical and operational standards across the practice.
Lead support and develop the nursing team Oversee inpatient care theatre and nurse clinics Drive full utilisation of nursing skills (Schedule 3) Support student nurses and clinical training Help shape team culture from the ground up
Working Hours 4 days/week (9h shifts) 1 in 4 weekends 39 hours/week Flexible rota accommodation for night duties
Salary From 34000 DOE
