Position: IT Support Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$50$70/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Build long-horizon IT tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance.
Develop scenarios in Helpdesk with tickets having known resolutions and diagnostic steps.
Create Identity and Access scenarios for provisioning with defined role-based outcomes and SSO/MFA issues.
Design Endpoint and SaaS scenarios for device setup and license management against specified targets.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Collaborate to ensure tasks have checkable answers without subjective judgment.
Qualifications
Must-Have
2 years in IT support helpdesk or sysadmin.
Expertise in identity and access (Okta Active Directory Entra ID) endpoint management (Jamf Intune) M365 or Google Workspace admin ticketing ops (JiraServiceNow).
Comfortable with IT artifacts: tickets runbooks access-change requests incident write-ups.
Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
Preferred
CompTIAITIL or equivalent certifications.
