Business Development Representative (German-English) Hybrid Kraków Poland

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Identify and develop new sales opportunities while managing current accounts
Lead client conversations manage objections and close deals successfully
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet targets
Collaborate with teams to solve business and technology challenges
Keep updated on trends in cloud technology
Requirements:
German (B2/C1) & English (B2)
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a background in SaaS IT cloud/technology or digital advertising sales and preferably hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in prospecting account management and closing deals
Interest in cloud-based technologies
Proactive solution-oriented mindset
