Responsibilities Include

  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality service by assisting customers with inquiries orders and general support needs.
  • HR Administrative Support: Dedicate 23 hours per week to maintaining HR integrity through organized scanning digital filing and record-keeping.
  • Utility Flexibility: Adapt to daily priorities shifting between administrative tasks and customer-facing duties as needed.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate entry of customer information and company records into internal systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth office operations and timely response to client requests.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service is required; experience specifically within a manufacturing environment is highly ideal.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and master new computer software and office systems.
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with high-performance grit who takes ownership of both small tasks (filing) and large tasks (customer issues).
  • Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
