Join our team as a Primary Teacher at St Francis Catholic School Ayr!

Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher with tertiary qualifications and registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers. This role is afull time fixed term position commencing on13 July 2026and concludes on4 December 2026.

In this unique role youll be teaching Year 6 joining a supportive team of dedicated educators who work closely with families to create the best possible learning experience for every child. Your knowledge of contemporary teaching practices combined with your ability to adapt and nurture a diverse range of learners will ensure that each student feels included valued and confident as they begin their educational journey.

In your classroom youll spark curiosity and a love of learning by designing engaging lessons setting clear expectations and continually reflecting on your practice to keep improving. Youll use a range of assessment tools to understand each students progress celebrate their growth and give meaningful feedback that helps them thrive.
