We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager SaaS and AI security. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our new SAAS and AI Systems Security team in Krakow. This role is pivotal in establishing and leading the team that acts as the gatekeeper and lifecycle manager for the security of all third-party Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and external AI platforms. The Manager will be responsible for building the teams capabilities defining its strategic direction and ensuring the secure adoption and operation of SaaS and AI technologies across the organization.

What you will be doing:
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team composed of security advisors senior analysts and analysts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for SaaS and AI security platforms aligning with the companys overall security posture and business objectives.
- Oversee the teams core responsibilities including:
- Pre-Procurement & Onboarding (security baseline definition):Supervising in-depth security assessments of new vendors and the definition of mandatory security baselines.
- Lifecycle Management & Compliance:Ensuring the continuous monitoring of platform configurations patch management and secure configuration of external AI APIs.
- Incident Management:Acting as the senior escalation point for security incidents related to SaaS and AI platforms.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Legal Privacy Procurement and Engineering to ensure alignment on security requirements and risk appetite.
- Define track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for SaaS and AI security to senior leadership.
- Drive the adoption and effective use of security tools including Zscaler AI-SPM and Crowdstrike FalconShield (SSPM).
What do you bring with you:
- Extensive experience in information security with a strong focus on SaaS security cloud security or application security plus is AI platform security.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of building and managing technical security teams.
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Understanding of security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST) and AI frameworks (EU AI Act ISO42001 NIST).
- Familiarity with the security challenges of modern SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce ServiceNow Workday) and AI platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical risks to non-technical audiences.
- Desirable:Professional certifications such as CISSP CCSP AIGP or other equivalent or related certifications.
