What makes you a great fit You have at least 2 years of hospice leadership experience You hold a Bachelors degree Masters preferred Registered Nurse license preferred and in good standing You have strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice operations You demonstrate proven leadership communication and conflict-resolution skills You are confident overseeing admissions compliance budgeting and team development You have experience building growing or improving hospice operations
