DescriptionOBJECTIVE
Create patient and staff happiness! Provide staff leadership and assure quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is maintained in all daily clinical and surgical activities. Serve as a liaison between Corporate Administration and local employees. Work with various corporate departments to assure compliance with governmental agencies conducting surveys.

STATUS
Full-time/Salaried (40 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. These are our normal office hours. However work hours for this position may vary based on patient schedules.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Supervisory or management experience helpful
- Excellent organizational as well as written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work through challenges and carry out solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic office skills including MS Office products and office equipment
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
- Good visual acuity acute hearing
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Neat legible handwriting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strength and balance adequate to assist patients as necessary
- Good mobility
