CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming toileting)
• Take and record vital signs
• Support mobility transfers and positioning
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Provide compassionate high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow all care plans and facility protocols
• Ensure a clean safe environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with nurses and care teams

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 36 months experience in long-term care assisted living or skilled nursing
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to assist with lifting and resident mobility
• Reliable and able to work independently
