About the RoleLocation: We are open to candidates based in New South Wales Victoria or Claim Verification Officer is responsible for:The Claim Verification Officer verifies and processes Employment Services claims and payments (including fees wage subsidies and Employment Fund transactions) ensures evidence and data accuracy monitors compliance trends supports internal/external audits and liaises with operational teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain contractual reach out to us for thefull Position Descriptionto review the Key Responsibilities and Measures of CriteriaPrevious experience within the Employment Services sector in a similar role involving quality and compliance procedures claims processing or administration is DESIRABLECertificate IV or above in Business Administration or similar qualification DESIRABEDemonstrated experience working within a highly compliance driven administrative experience record keeping and data entry skillsHigh attention to detail and incredible accuracy in administrative tasksExcellent time management and highly developed organisational skillsHighly developed communication skills a well-developed phone manner and excellent customer service skillsAbility to work towards regular and high-pressure deadlines such as quarterly monthly and weekly reportingAbility to retain high level of contractual informationProven ability to analyse and produce reports and provide accurate information to support businessAbout UsSettlement Services International (SSI Group) is a community-based organisation and social business that supports newcomers and Australians to achieve their full potential.
