Responsibilities * Manage and supervise the soft services team including cleaning staff security personnel and other related service providers. * Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement. * Manage budgets and control costs related to soft services operations. * Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services. * Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and key indicators. * Implement and manage quality control systems to ensure consistent service delivery. * Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Facilities Management/Business Administration/Hospitality Management or a related field. * A minimum of 8 years experience in managing Facilities of similar scale including Administration of Contracts. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. * Experience working in Qatar is preferred.
