$20.81/hour for day shift

$22.81/hour for night shift

IPL in Shelbyville KY is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our dynamic team. If youre detail-oriented safety-focused and ready to work in a fast-paced environment this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What youll do

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

• Inspect products for quality standardscheck for flaws blemishes discoloration burn marks and warping.

• Assemble components (feet cor-plugs card holders) according to quality plans.

• Perform embossing when required and verify stamp quality.

• Package and stack products per the supervisors instructions.

• Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.

• Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean safe work environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM

• Nights: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM

• Must follow safe work practices and wear required PPE.
