We are seeking a creative and organised Art Technician to join an excellent independent secondary school in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. This is an exciting opportunity to support a highly successful Art department and contribute to a culture of creativity and innovation.

The successful candidate will prepare materials maintain studio environments and support teaching staff in delivering high-quality practical lessons. You will ensure that students have access to outstanding resources and a safe inspiring environment in which to develop their artistic skills.

This role requires a creative mindset strong organisation and a proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare materials and equipment for Art lessons
Maintain studios and specialist resources
Support practical sessions and demonstrations
Manage stock levels and order supplies
Ensure health and safety compliance
Assist with displays and exhibitions

Requirements:
Art-related experience or qualification
Strong organisational skills
Creative and proactive approach
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and in a team
School experience (desirable)
