Senior Modern Workplace / Endpoint Engineer (Intune Lead)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to design implement and operate a modern endpoint management environment with Microsoft Intune as the core platform. This role combines deep technical ownership with light leadership responsibilities for a small team supporting end-user workplace services.

Tasks

• Own and operate the Microsoft Intune platform including configuration profiles compliance policies security baselines and patch/update strategies.
• Design and manage Windows Autopilot deployments and modern device provisioning.
• Maintain endpoint standards across Windows devices laptops desktops and mobile endpoints.
• Oversee application packaging and deployment (Win32 MSIX Store apps).
• Manage the endpoint device lifecycle from onboarding through retirement.
• Ensure compliance device security and alignment with identity and conditional access policies.
• Lead and mentor a small senior workplace team covering areas such as Teams telephony meeting room systems patching device lifecycle and mobile devices.
• Drive standardization documentation and continuous improvement across workplace services.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support troubleshooting and operational guidance.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in enterprise endpoint or workplace management.
• Expert hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Autopilot and device provisioning.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment (Win32/MSIX).
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID device identity and Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of endpoint security compliance and device hardening.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience mentoring or leading small technical teams.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred

• Certifications such as MD-102 SC-300 or similar modern workplace credentials.
