HR Administrator (Generalist) Industrial Environment (Terrassa)
Location: Terrassa (on-site)

For an international industrial company based in Terrassa we are looking for an HR Administrator (Generalist) to support the local HR team and collaborate closely with the global HR organization in areas such as Learning & Development Compensation & Benefits and HR reporting.
Tasks
Main responsibilities (not exhaustive)
- Manage time & attendance access control and absence records.
- Coordinate with temporary work agencies (ETT): request profiles support contracts and onboarding track contract types and end dates monitor hours and invoicing.
- Support and manage educational collaboration agreements: publish internship offers screen CVs coordinate agreements with schools/universities calculate hours and grants.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Support monthly HR and business reporting with accurate data preparation.
- Assist in payroll processes: prepare and send variable data to the payroll provider perform basic checks on payslips.
- Support Learning & Development activities: training administration documentation follow-up of FUNDAE files and bonuses.
- Provide support for corporate events and internal communications in cooperation with Facilities and HR.
- Perform general administrative tasks (letters certificates archiving digital and physical basic translations etc.).
Requirements
Profile
- Degree in Labour Relations Human Resources Social Sciences or a similar field.
- 12 years of experience in a generalist HR administrative role (relevant internships can be considered).
- English level B2 or higher confident in working with an international HR group (emails calls documentation).
- Strong command of Excel and solid skills in digital tools (Office 365 HR systems databases).
- Structured reliable and detailoriented able to handle several topics in parallel.
