Tasks

**Key Responsibilities
**(Please note that responsibilities may vary depending on site placement and may include but are not limited to the following):

Lead on-site operations ensuring smooth day-to-day running and consistently high standards.
Manage and develop a high-performing team including rotas absence 1:1s and recruitment.
Deliver exceptional client service handling accounts resolving queries and maintaining contract compliance.
Oversee financial administration including expenses and pre-billing checks ensuring accuracy.
Act as Centre Manager when required making confident decisions and leading by example.
Maintain health and safety compliance proactively identifying and resolving risks.
Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate efficiently to minimise disruption.
Manage client-facing situations office tours and emergencies with confidence and professionalism.

  • Detail-orientated nothing slips through.
  • Builds trust effortlessly with team and clients.
  • Polished or willing to build it. Five-star presence is the worked in hospitality café retail manual. You know what graft is.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a natural ability to coach guide and develop others.
You will be responsible for elevating team performance by supporting individuals in building their
skills achieving targets and progressing in their roles.

The position suits someone who is passionate about developing people and driving operational
excellence. You will lead by example consistently demonstrating high standards and reinforcing
them across the team to ensure a culture of continuous improvement with effective
communication and support to synchronise the team together.

Additionally you will be confident stepping into increased responsibility in the absence of your line
manager maintaining smooth operations and providing strong leadership when required.
