Job Summary
Job Title:Senior Technical Lead Cybersecurity & FedRAMP
Location:Washington D.C( Need candidates from DMV Area)
Long Term
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity or related discipline. Masters preferred.
- Minimum 10 years federal cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in FISMA Moderate / FedRAMP environments.
- Active CISSP certification (required non-negotiable).
- Demonstrated experience authoring SSPs and POA&Ms accepted by federal Authorizing Officials verifiable on resume with contract or system name.
- Demonstrated incident response leadership including CISA-form ( reporting at the 72-hour federal threshold.
- Public Trust Moderate clearance current OR clearance-eligible per Clearance Strategy callout.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- Active CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) or CISM.
- Direct experience securing systems through FedRAMP Moderate or High authorization.
- NIST SP 800-53 control implementation at federal scale.
- Direct experience at an OPM-adjacent agency (HHS DOL NIH GSA) with cybersecurity engineering scope.
