Job Summary

We are looking for full-time Class A CDL drivers for our Solo PM Linehaul operating out of the Grand Island NE

Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record We are immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Solo Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle assigned solo runs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Must possess a Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with double/triple.
Must possess 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within the most recent 3 years or 3 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within last 10 years from an approved CDL school. Prior FedEx Ground Experience Preferred!
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards
Ready to attain a doubles/triples trailer endorsement.
Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
Ability to work independently and/or as a team member

DUTIES and amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate tractor-trailer combination including doubles
Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment
Drop and amp; Hook Only. No-touch Freight!
Verify and complete required documentation and reports
Maintain accurate daily logs
Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g. delays arrivals equipment problems) as required
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required

PAY AND BENEFITS:

Base Pay - 0.48 - 0.55 CPM
Paid Training - $17 per hour
Bonus up to 0.06 CPM quarterly
PTO (53 hours per year)

Miles Driven: Typically 400 - 591per day

Modern fleet day cab trucks used of 2021 - 2027 (Volvo Freightliner and Kenworth)

Schedule : Sunday - Friday
