Job Summary: The Sanitaryware Division Manager will oversee the operations sales and business development of the sanitaryware division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth managing product sourcing supplier relationships inventory and ensuring compliance with quality standards and market regulations. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with technical knowledge of sanitaryware products and trading operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Division Leadership
Lead and manage the sanitaryware division including sales procurement and warehouse teams.
Develop and implement division strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
Plan and allocate resources effectively across projects and operations.
2. Sales & Business Development
Drive sales and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors architects developers and key clients.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
3. Procurement & Supplier Management
Source high-quality sanitaryware products from local and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing contracts and delivery terms to optimize costs and quality.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
4. Operations & Inventory Management
Oversee inventory warehousing and logistics to ensure timely delivery and minimal stock-outs.
Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with regulations standards and certifications.
Maintain documentation for imports customs and quality inspections.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all products.
6. Team Development & Performance
Mentor and develop staff within the division.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs.
Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and high performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
8–10 years in sanitaryware plumbing or building materials trading.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience in sales procurement and supplier management.
Skills & Competencies:

Financial planning and analytical skills
Understanding of market customs and import regulations
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
