Job Summary

PRIMARYFUNCTIONS

The Revenue LockboxSpecialist is responsible for receiving opening scanning and processingincoming lockbox mail including recording payments and balancing dailybatches.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sort and process incominglockboxes

Organize daily lockboxes andbatches by date

Ensure each batch balances

Generate and maintain lockboxreports

Other job-related dutiesas assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma required

One year of lockbox paymentposting or bank teller experience required

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to communicateeffectively and professionally

Must be detail oriented andhighly organized

Ability to prioritize andmulti-task

Type a minimum of 40 wpm

Professional phone etiquette

WORKING CONDITIONS

Long periods ofsitting at workstation working on a computer.

Must be able to liftup to 20 lbs

Emergicon requires satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screen.
