To strengthen our motivated Customer Service Team at our plant in Charlotte we are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative.
Your Role
You will follow process and follow up on Sales Orders
You will build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
You are ambitious to handle customer complaintsby providing appropriate solutons and alternatives with proper follow up
You will use your knowledge of product services to answer inquiries from customers
You are committed to contributing to a positive and friendly working relationship with internal customers
Your Profile
You have an Associates degree and previous working experience in manufacturing specific to pharmaceutical preferred
You have already gained 3 years of experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment
You have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
