Full-Time Maintenance Technician Position at Trinity Glen

Trinity Glen is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with on-call duties required as part of a rotating schedule. Position Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday (with on-call rotation)
Pay: Based on experience
Location: Trinity Glen Senior Living Community
Experience: 3 years of maintenance experience preferred
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues
Maintain swimming pool and sauna tub systems
Interact regularly with staff residents vendors and regulatory personnel
Serve as first responder in emergencies including administering first aid and using emergency firefighting and medical equipment
Operate two-way radios and communicate with emergency personnel
Serve as security officer during first shift
Work flexible shifts and participate in the on-call rotation
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Director
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of maintenance or maintenance-related experience preferred
Strong skills in electricity (AC/DC) HVAC plumbing carpentry TV/phone systems painting and reading blueprints
Knowledge of building codes OSHA Life Safety and Fire Code regulations
CPR certified or willingness to complete on-site CPR certification
Certified Pool Technician or willingness to obtain certification
Valid North Carolina drivers license
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments
Patience and professionalism when interacting with staff and residents
Working Conditions
Ambulatory throughout all facility locations
Ability to bend stoop reach overhead
Occasional unpredictable working hours
Exposure to chemicals waste and hazardous materials
