Were a fast-paced customer-focused Subaru dealership with a strong service team modern tools and a culture built around accountability growth and doing things the right way the first time.

We are currently looking to add one Service Advisor to replace a team member who has advanced within the organization.

What Youll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a professional friendly manner
• Write and manage repair orders (1015 per day on average)
• Communicate vehicle needs using digital inspection tools and technician videos
• Provide clear transparent updates throughout the service process
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Follow established processes and workflows consistently

Compensation

• Weekly salary monthly commission
• Top performers earn $100000 annually
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Work Environment

• 9 technicians and a fully equipped shop
• Tablet-based workflow and digital inspections
• Strong support from management and team leads
• Structured proven processes that drive success

Schedule

• 5-day work week
• Saturdays required (with a consistent schedule)
