Were a fast-paced customer-focused Subaru dealership with a strong service team modern tools and a culture built around accountability growth and doing things the right way the first time.
We are currently looking to add one Service Advisor to replace a team member who has advanced within the organization.
What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a professional friendly manner
- Write and manage repair orders (1015 per day on average)
- Communicate vehicle needs using digital inspection tools and technician videos
- Provide clear transparent updates throughout the service process
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Follow established processes and workflows consistently
Compensation
- Weekly salary monthly commission
- Top performers earn $100000 annually
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Work Environment
- 9 technicians and a fully equipped shop
- Tablet-based workflow and digital inspections
- Strong support from management and team leads

Schedule
- 5-day work week
- Saturdays required (with a consistent schedule)
