AT&T has an opening for a Senior System Administrator to support operations by maintaining documenting and administering enterprise IT systems. This role is the Senior System Administrator will deliver helpdesk and troubleshooting support oversee problem resolution and maintain system configurations to ensure availability reliability and security.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals SOPs work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system
- Provide system administration support
- Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware
- Provide helpdesk support for collecting controlling and disseminating documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.
Clearance Requirements:
TS/SCI (#tssci)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field 8 years of relevant experience
- Security or relevant certification
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux Trusted Linux Windows 10 VMware
Our Senior Systems Administrator IIIs earn between $89200 - $207900. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
