Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Care providers in Royal Oak MI. This role involves offering personalized care and support to clients in their homes ensuring their comfort safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Support clients with medication reminders and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in clients conditions to healthcare professionals and family members.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and errands as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Develop positive relationships with clients promoting independence and dignity.
Requirements
- Prior experience in home care or related fields is an asset but NOT required.
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
