Job Summary
We are seeking a Lab Associate Chemistry to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia.
Tues-Sat 2pm-10:30pm
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform routine chemistry analyses and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Evaluate analytical results using laboratory computer system algorithms to ensure data validity
- Identify document and escalate potential errors or atypical results to senior laboratory personnel
- Prepare buffers and solutions required for laboratory analyses
- Support continuous instrument loading and timely postanalysis sample and reagent storage
- Assist with secondary review of analytical results when signed off as competent
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping in alignment with 6S standards and safety requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in chemistry biology or medical laboratory technology may be required for certain CAP/CLIA laboratories
- Basic knowledge of chemistry laboratory principles instrumentation and analytical techniques
- Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety procedures
- Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate timely documentation
- Basic computer skills and ability to work within laboratory information systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $34700.00 - $72300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
