Job Description:

We Are Hiring Call Center / Collections Representatives (Bilingual a must)
Location:Streator IL (Onsite)
Schedule:MondayFriday 9 AM 6 PM (No Weekends)
Pay:$15.50/hour commission opportunities

What Youll Do

We are currently hiring call center/collections professionals to connect with customers and help resolve delinquent account this role you will:

  • Work directly with customers to find realistic repayment solutions
  • Provide guidance options and support to help customers get back on track
  • Deliver a positive respectful and solution-focused experience
  • Balance customer needs with business objectives

Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants will be prioritized

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience (call center or collections preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred and prioritized)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work with diverse customers
