機器の不具合USD/SD/LTDを特定し解決する

予防的かつ恒久的な解決策を開発し実施する

予防保全の最適化や部品寿命の延長などの改善活動を通じて安定稼働を促進する

機器の変更および部品の変更を評価し承認する

機器ベンダーおよび関連部門シフト/PE/EEなどと連携する

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Complete all necessary safety training and perform all work in accordance with Microns safety policy.
Isolate and resolve equipment problems (USD/SD/LTD).
Develop and implement preventative and permanent solutions.
Promote stable operation through improvement activities such as PM optimization and component life extension.
Evaluate and release equipment modifications and component changes.
Coordinate with equipment vendors and relevant departments (Shift/PE/EE etc.).
