Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Physicians. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs administering treatments and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care. As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

How youll contribute

ALicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)who excels in this role:

• Under the direction of an RN or Charge Nurse contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN

• Performs plan of care interventions including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given.

• Assists RN with development of plan of care

• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living including personal hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation

• Monitors documents and communicates patients status and reactions to interventions with RN physician patient and families

• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient

What were looking for:

Applicants should have Associates Degree or Diploma in LPN Licenses Current LPN to practice. Additional requirements include:

• Current LPN License

• Basic Life Support certification is required

• Previous Clinic experience preferred

• Womens Services and/or OB/GYN experience preferred
