The Intel Security Sector delivers technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyberlogistics security operations and decision analytics.

The Intel Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Senior IT job will be to provide IT project managementandsupport to assigned OSINT IT mission systems commercial capabilities data science initiatives trade studies and innovative prototype initiatives. This position will be located at one of our customer sites in Bethesda MD; Reston VA; or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling DC.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility enterprise program at the intersection of data analytics and emerging AI technologies. Ideal candidates are motivated by mission impact comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments and interested in building deep domainexpertisewhile delivering capabilities with real-world national security outcomes. The successful candidate will work on projects to design develop and deploy software applications to support DIA/NDOC OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Produce task management and provideexpertiseto mid and senior level personnel on IT projects.

  • Coordinate team efforts and contribute to overall ITobjectives.

  • Manage IT lifecycle for OSINT systems coordinate across teams handle requirements gathering cost analysis and provide project plans with Agile management techniques.

  • Support multiple Agile development team(s) with IT management support.

  • Supervise Managed Attribution Solutions to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sustained operations.

  • Understand and interpret requirements high-levelfeaturesand desired outcomes to articulate the needs to be addressed.

Clearance Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain andmaintainTS/SCI with Polygraph.

Required Experience Skills and Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Information Systems or related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field with at least aportionof the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain andmaintainTS/SCI with Polygraph.

  • Due to the nature of the government contracts we support US Citizenship is required.

  • Experience overseeing multidisciplinary technical teams (cloudDevSecOps cybersecurity infrastructure AI/ML hybrid environments).

  • Experience managing cost schedule scope and risk for large-scale government programs

  • Experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts.

  • Exceptional skills in resource planning task scheduling and risk management.

  • A strong working knowledge of Network Systems/Compute and End-User Support environments.

  • Proficiencywith the Microsoft Office Suite including Project and SharePoint.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working on complex software projects.

  • Experience working with a highly technical team in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leading technical teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to successfully interact with various stakeholders ( developers system engineers system admins).

  • Self-motivated and self-starter.

Preferred Experience Skills and Education:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Information Systems or related technical degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Information Systems or related technical discipline and 5 years of related senior experience for a total of 17 years as a substitute to theMastersdegree.

  • 12 years of experience in the field with at least aportionof the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) on large government contracts.

  • Proficiencywith software development tools and methodologies.

  • Experience supporting federal IT modernization or cybersecurity transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) FISMA and federal cybersecurity compliance standards.

  • Knowledge ofDevSecOpsmethodologies and cloud governance practices.

  • Experiencewith cloud orhybrid cloud environments.

  • Certifications such as CISSPSecurityCISM CCSPSAFeAgilist or ITIL.
