ROLE SUMMARY

The Client Relationship & Relationship IntelligenceLead owns the relationship intelligence systemacross global clients. The role focuses on buildingrunning and evolving the systems data andprocesses that enable WPP Media to understand
manage and activate senior client relationships is a system ownership role that combines designstructure and operational delivery ensuringrelationship insight is consistently capturedactivated and embedded into how the role plays a central part in turning relationshipdata into meaningful action and value.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and operate the relationship intelligence system and operating model
Manage advocacy data insight flows and activation processes
Coordinate partners stakeholders and governance rhythms
Build structured processes for triage escalation and action
Translate relationship insight into clear priorities and interventions
Continuously improve relationship frameworks and operating models

Skills and Experience

YOU ARE LIKELY TO BRING
Experience in operations transformation governance or client systems roles
Strong project and systems management capability
Comfort working with data insight and structured information
Experience building and running processes or frameworks
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and partners
