Job Title: AEM Solutions Lead (Adobe Experience Manager)

Location: Brooklyn NY (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Solutions Lead to design develop and maintain scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. This role involves leading development efforts ensuring platform performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain AEM components templates workflows and integrations
• Ensure platform stability performance and scalability across environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dispatcher configuration caching and system performance
• Support CI/CD pipelines including automated builds deployments and testing
• Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Lead and promote best practices in AEM development DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM DAM analytics tools and custom APIs
• Monitor application health and implement observability and diagnostic solutions
• Stay up to date with AEM Adobe Experience Cloud and related technologies

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in AEM development
• Strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites Assets Sling Jobs and workflows
• Expertise in Java Sling OSGi HTL (Sightly) HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configuration caching strategies and performance tuning
• Experience with AEM Cloud Service and on-premise deployments
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git Maven Jenkins or similar DevOps tools
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues in AEM environments
• Experience providing technical leadership mentoring developers and conducting code reviews
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Target
• Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM
• Familiarity with content delivery networks such as Akamai
• Experience with translation tools such as Smartling or TransPerfect
• Experience with search platforms such as Coveo or Solr
