Sanitation & SSOP Program Supervisor (GMP/SQF)
Location: Fort Worth TX
Role Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $70000/year

Your mission
- Direct day-to-day sanitation operations: scheduling task assignment and oversight
- Verify compliance with SSOPs GMPs and SQF through regular inspections
- Ensure safe chemical handling and strict adherence to OSHA and PPE protocols
- Keep complete and accurate sanitation records and documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with Production Maintenance and Quality
- Recruit train coach and develop sanitation team members
- Initiate corrective actions and lead continuous improvement projects
- Provide daily performance updates and communicate priorities
What it takes
- Previous supervisory experience (required)
- Experience with GMP HACCP food safety and sanitation programs
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
