Automotive Deal Processor

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Deal Processor for a high-volume multi-franchise dealership. This role requires strong attention to detail accuracy and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Administration/Accounting environment.

What Were Looking For

• Prior automotive deal processing experience preferred
• Experience working in a dealership accounting or administrative role
• Dependable organized and team-oriented
• Comfortable handling confidential financial information

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of automotive deal processing experience along with prior dealership accounting or administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process automotive deals accurately and in a timely manner
• Review deals for accuracy completeness and compliance
• Maintain complete and organized deal jackets
• Enter verify and audit deal data in CDK
• Work closely with Sales Accounting and Office Management teams
• Manage a high volume of deals while meeting daily and monthly deadlines
• Ability to successfully pass backgrounds and drug screening

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management System
• Strong Excel skills including data entry tracking and basic reporting
• Accounting knowledge including understanding of debits credits and dealership accounting workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment

Certifications / Licenses

• Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management System
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
