Performs a wide variety ofentry to mid-levelelectronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies sub-assemblies or finished follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring minor basic solderingcomponentinstallation and cable harnesses on unit assembliesutilizingprescribed guidelines procedures work orders or supervisory to standardized and interprets assembly drawings BOMs process sheets and simple fits using hand and power adjustment or alignment of parts for operating capability utilizing go-no go simple tests of completed unit following prescribed procedures and limits ofacceptanceAllemployees are expected to conduct their work to align with MFT Values.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:
Assemble light weight products kits sub-assemblies and final assemblies to medium weight products i.e.coffee beverage juice and final assemblies.
Responsibleto processproduction entries.
Operate small hand air and electric tools.
Set up and adjustequipmentas necessary.
Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Perform specialprojects;prototypes initial production runs.
Pack assembled products.
Train and inspectworkoflower levelassemblers.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems tomaintainproduct quality standards.
Utilize computers as necessary to print labels instruction sheets etc.
Adhere and or resize kanban instructions and 5-Ss framework.
Move material todesignatedarea when complete.
Suggest product improvement using 80/20.
Responsible for ordering parts as necessaryviatraveler.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Follow safety rules and keepworkarea in a clean and orderly condition to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
Other duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications Skills/Competencies:
High school diploma or general education degreepreferredor minimum of 3 monthsof related experience or trainingor equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to understand and adhere to basic routing instructions or work orders.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to add or subtract whole numbers.
Ability to use fixed gauges readinginstrumentsand similar devices.

Working Conditions:Workis performedlargely ina manufacturing environment.The hoursof work willgenerally beduring regular business hours with at least40 hoursa week but may vary according to special projects deadlines or other concerns.Work is typically performedata bench and may include walking or standing for most of the time.Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Pay Range:
