Job Summary
- Wash all utensils and small wares
- Helps keep kitchen clean and organized including the walk-in
- Details dish equipment daily
- Responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves
- Properly sets up and breaks down the station
- Maintaining a professional composed and calm demeanor always
- Current Food Handler certificates
- Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
- Basic knife safety
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to reach bend squat and lift while on the shift
- Able to multitask and organize
