Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable In Home Helpers to provide support and assistance to clients in Manchester MI. This role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for individuals by assisting with daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing.
- Provide companionship and support to promote emotional well-being.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- Support clients with medication reminders and mobility assistance.
- Communicate effectively with clients family members and healthcare providers.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in clients homes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Background checks.
