Sr Director Finance Proj Mgmt

As a Senior Director of Finance Project Management here at Honeywell your contributions will enhance project success and financial performance drive efficiency and effectiveness and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. You will provide guidance and mentorship to the finance project management team fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement while also recognizing and appreciating the achievements of your team members providing positive feedback and encouragement. You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.

In this role you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by guiding and overseeing the finance project management function ensuring successful project delivery within scope budget and timeline. By implementing best practices and providing strategic guidance you will drive efficiency financial feasibility and adherence to regulations across the team. Your guidance will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement contributing to project success and overall company growth.

• Develop and implement project management methodologies
• Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis for project planning and execution
• Manage project budgets financial forecasting and cost control
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Foster collaboration with crossfunctional teams

• Proven experience of 8 years in finance project management or a similar role with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• 8 years of experience in management and guidance of finance teams and organizations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile or Six Sigma.
• Excellent financial thoughtfulness and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel with the ability to develop financial models and perform scenario thoughtfulness.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and budgets with a strong insight into project financials and cost control.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders with strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Experience in guiding and developing high-performing teams with a focus on talent development and succession planning.

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field with a Masters degree in finance or MBA preferred.
• Strong guidance and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards such as GAAP and IFRS.
