Schedule Requirement:
Full-time with complete open availability required (days evenings weekends and holidays)

What youll do:

Lead the sales floor and support your team during busy shifts
Provide expert cannabis guidance and top-tier customer service
Help manage daily operations cash handling and compliance
Keep the store organized stocked and running efficiently

What were looking for:

2 years leadership or supervisory experience
Dispensary/budtending experience preferred
Dutchie & METRC experience a plus
Strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
